Efrain was great at communicating and keeping us updated along the way. His team was always early and stayed late. They are extremely hard working and care about their work. They cleaned up every evening and were meticulous about staying tidy. Efrain went above and beyond on so many aspects of the job, including buying extra materials that I forgot to get ahead of time.
